of <h1>Amendment to Foreign Trade Policy: Export Prohibition Lifted on Kabuli Chana per Notification No. 52/2006, Public Interest Ensured.</h1> Notification No. 52/2006, dated March 7, 2007, issued by the Director General of Foreign Trade, amends the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009. It replaces Notification No. 48(RE-2006) dated February 20, 2007, stating that the prohibition on exports does not apply to kabuli chana, which is known by different names across the country. This amendment is inserted in paragraph 3 of Notification No. 15(RE-2006) dated June 27, 2006, and is issued in the public interest.
