of <h1>Amendment Allows Sugar Exports with Valid Release Orders; Government Approval Needed Beyond Set Limits</h1> The Central Government has amended paragraph 3 of Notification No.18 (RE-2006/2004-2009) to allow the export of sugar under valid Release Orders from the Directorate of Sugar. This amendment specifies that the prohibition on sugar exports does not apply to those executed under these orders, provided they are within government-approved limits. Once these limits are reached, further government approvals are required for additional releases. This amendment is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
