of <h1>Amendment Allows Pulse Exports to Sri Lanka with DGFT Permission Under Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009, Paragraph 3</h1> The Central Government has amended a previous notification to allow the export of pulses to Sri Lanka, provided it is executed under specific permission granted by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT). This amendment is made under the powers conferred by the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and is included in the Foreign Trade Policy for 2004-2009. The change is intended to serve the public interest and modifies Paragraph 3 of Notification No.15(RE-2006)/2004-2009.
