of <h1>Amendment to Export Rules: Temporary Relaxation for Red Sanders Wood from Andhra Pradesh Auctions Under Chapter 44, ITC (HS).</h1> The Central Government, under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, has amended Notification No.55 (RE-2005)/2004-2009, dated 27th March 2006, concerning Chapter 44 of the ITC (HS) classifications related to wood and wood products. Specifically, 'S. No.143 of Chapter 44' is revised to 'S. No.154 (a) of Chapter 44.' Additionally, the export condition for S. No.154(a) is temporarily relaxed for one month from 22nd June 2006 to permit the export of 885.14 MT of Red Sanders Wood, sourced from Andhra Pradesh government auctions. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
