of <h1>Government Revises Export Limits for Stone Aggregate and River Sand for 2006-2007 Under Section 5 of Foreign Trade Act.</h1> The Central Government has revised the export quantities of Stone Aggregate and River Sand for the financial year 2006-2007 under the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09. As per Notification No. 03/2006 dated May 3, 2006, and in accordance with Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, the amended Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items specifies the export limits: 270,000 metric tons for Stone Aggregate and 300,000 metric tons for River Sand. This amendment is issued in the public interest by the Director General of Foreign Trade.
