The amendment states that no Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) sales at concessional duty will be allowed for certain items, including motor cars, alcoholic liquors, books, tea (except instant tea), pepper, and pepper products. Additionally, DTA sales are prohibited for units involved in activities such as packaging, labeling, segregation, refrigeration, compacting, micronisation, pulverization, granulation, or conversion of the monohydrate form of chemicals to anhydrous form or vice versa. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
