of <h1>Amendment to Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009: Key Changes in Paras 4.1.11, 6.6(d), 8.3(a), 8.4.4(v) Announced</h1> Notification No. 03/2005, dated May 17, 2005, amends the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-2009 under the Foreign Trade (Development & Regulation) Act, 1992. It modifies sub-para 4.1.11 to allow supplies from EOU/EHTP/BTP/STP/SEZ units without conversion into ARO. Sub-para 6.6(d) now includes a provision for sector-wise investment criteria set by the BOA. Additionally, para 8.3(a) is amended to refer to Advance Licence/DFRC, and sub-para 8.4.4(v) specifies that suppliers are eligible for benefits listed in paragraph 8.3(a) and (b) of the policy. This notification is issued in the public interest.
