of <h1>Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09 Amended; Note 1 Added to Paragraph 3.7.5(f) Affecting Exports from April 1, 2004</h1> The Central Government has amended the Foreign Trade Policy 2004-09, specifically the Target Plus scheme, through Notification No. 33/2004-09 dated April 7, 2005. This amendment, issued under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, adds Note 1 to Paragraph 3.7.5 (f) of the policy. The amendment applies to exports made on or after April 1, 2004, and is issued in the public interest. The notification is signed by the Director General of Foreign Trade, who also serves as an Ex officio Additional Secretary to the Government of India.
