Under Para 3.8.2.1, certain export items from Chapters 6, 7, 8, 9, and 20 of the ITC (HS) Classification, excluding specific items and those labeled as 'Others,' will qualify for export benefits. Restricted or prohibited items under Schedule-2 of the Export Policy are excluded from benefits. Para 3.8.3.1 allows the import of agricultural products from Chapters 1 to 24, except those with over 30% duty, for export under the scheme during 2004-2005. Certain products like natural rubber are also restricted.
