ITC(HS) classification amendment deletes cross chapter entry, changing treatment of goods falling in multiple chapters under trade policy. The notification deletes the entry at Sl. No. 2 of Table A in Schedule 2 of the ITC(HS) Classifications under the heading Goods Falling in More than One Chapter of ITC(HS) Classification, with that deletion to take effect from January 1, 2005.
