of <h1>Amendment to ITC(HS) 2004-2009: Handicrafts from Bone and Horn Excluded from Chapter 5 Entries 35 and 36.</h1> Notification No. 06/2004-09, dated October 15, 2004, from the Director General of Foreign Trade, amends the ITC(HS) Classification of Exports and Imports 2004-2009. It introduces Export Licensing Note No.1 in Chapter 5 of Schedule 2, clarifying that handicrafts made from bone and horn, which are finished products not meant for further processing or consumption, are excluded from entries 35 and 36 of this chapter. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
