of <h1>ITC (HS) Amendments Add Two New State Trading Enterprises for Export of Niger Seeds to USA Under Code No. 1207.</h1> The Central Government has amended the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items, 2002-2007, to include two new State Trading Enterprises (STEs) for the export of Niger Seeds to the USA. These additions are Spices Trading Corporation Ltd. (STCL), Bangalore, and Karnataka State Co-operative Marketing Federation Ltd. (KSCMF), listed at numbers 6 and 7 in Schedule 2 under Code No. 1207. The existing terms and conditions for these agencies remain unchanged. This amendment is issued in the public interest.
