<h1>India Sets Duty Drawback Rate of Rs. 850/MT for Furnace Oil Supplied to SEZ Companies Under Export-Import Policy 2002-2007.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce, has issued a notification regarding the duty drawback rates for furnace oil. Under the Export and Import Policy 2002-2007, the Director General of Foreign Trade has declared that the All Industry Rate of duty drawback of Rs. 850 per metric ton, as previously notified, will also apply to the supply of furnace oil to domestic companies located in Special Economic Zones. This measure is implemented in the public interest.
