Export quota release for onions allows designated state trading enterprises to export under existing terms, subject to a time limit. Release of an additional export quota for onions by amending the ITC(HS) schedule to permit exports through specified State Trading Enterprises and agencies, with allocated quantities for each. Exports must follow existing terms and conditions from the earlier notification except for the export time limit, which is replaced by the deadline in the current notice. The authorization is time limited and issued in the public interest.
