Removal of export restrictions enables free export of specified cereals, pulses, butter and non-basmati rice without prior registration. The notification amends the ITC(HS) classification to delete quantitative ceilings on wheat and specified coarse grains and on butter, removes the APEDA contract registration requirement for non basmati rice, and deletes the ITC(HS) entry for pulses so that pulses are freely exportable without prior packaging restrictions; accompanying Appendix 1 deletions align with these relaxations.
