of <h1>Amendments to ITC (HS) Classifications: Export and Import Item Limits Revised; Changes in Item 7C001 Explained</h1> The Central Government has amended Appendix 3 in Schedule 2 of the 'ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items 1997-2002' under the Foreign Trade Policy. The amendments include changing the figure '2000' to '6500' in item No. 7C001 (i) and (ii) and related explanatory notes, replacing the word '(a)' with '(i)' in item No. 7C001 (ii), and changing 'parallelising' to 'parallelised' in the same item. These changes are made under the authority of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, and are issued in the public interest.
