of <h1>Revised minimum import prices for steel items under Licensing Notes 3-4, with Note 4 changes lasting two months</h1> Amends Chapter 72 import licensing notes in the ITC(HS) by revising the prescribed minimum c.i.f. values (US$/tonne) for specified steel items under Licensing Note 3 (including H.R. coils and sheets, C.R. coils/sheets, tinplate waste/misprints, electrical sheets (CRNO), plates, and alloy steel bars/rods hot rolled in coils) and under Licensing Note 4 (including H.R. coils and sheets, C.R. coils/sheets, tinplates, electrical sheets (CRNO), plates, and alloy steel bars/rods hot rolled in coils). The revised minimum c.i.f. values under Licensing Note 4 apply only for two months from the notification date and stand withdrawn thereafter, affecting the minimum import price thresholds used for import licensing during that period.
