of <h1>India Amends Export Policy for Niger Seeds; TRIFED, NAFED, NDDB to Manage Exports Under Foreign Trade Act, 1992.</h1> The Government of India, through the Ministry of Commerce, has amended the export policy for Niger Seeds under the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992. The export of Niger Seeds, listed under Code No. 1207, is canalised. Exports to all destinations except the USA are managed through TRIFED as per DGFT directions. For exports to the USA, specific agencies such as NAFED, NDDB, and other state-nominated agencies are authorized to export directly or register qualified exporters. This amendment, issued in public interest, modifies a previous notification dated July 9, 1999.
