of <h1>New Exchange Rate for Russian Rouble Set at 31.7874 Under Customs Act, 1962, Effective December 3, 1991.</h1> The Central Government, under the Customs Act, 1962, has issued a notification determining the exchange rate for the Russian Rouble at Rupees 31.7874 for conversion into Indian currency or vice versa. This supersedes a previous notification from August 1991. The new exchange rate is effective from December 3, 1991.
