of <h1>Notification No.15/2007 amends First Schedule to Customs Tariff Act, 1975: ketamine and printer parts reclassified, duties set</h1> The government amended the First Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1975 by Notification No.15/2007 dated 22 February 2007, substituting tariff items to classify ketamine under headings 3003 90 36 and 3004 90 96 with an ad valorem duty of 12.5% each, and revising Chapter 84 subheadings to specify parts and accessories of certain printing machines with new tariff items: ink cartridges with print head (8443 99 51), ink spray nozzles (8443 99 52) and other parts (8443 99 59), all attract free customs duty. The changes take effect on publication in the Official Gazette.
