        <h1>Rescission of Special Economic Zones Rules removes the 2003 Rules under the Customs Act, preserving prior actions.</h1> Rescinds the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2003 by Notification No.13/2007-CUSTOMS (N.T.) under powers conferred by the Customs Act and Chapter XA, published in the Gazette, and preserves prior actions by an express savings clause that the rescission does not affect things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
