Superseded by 29/2008.</h1> Notification No. 77/2003, issued on May 14, 2003, under the Customs Act, 1962, exempts specified imported goods from the additional duty equivalent to the National Calamity Contingent Duty as outlined in the Finance Act, 2001 and amended by the Finance Act, 2003. This exemption applies to goods listed in the Seventh Schedule of the Finance Act, 2001. The notification has been superseded by Notification No. 29/2008, dated March 1, 2008.
