Customs tariff amendment: substitution of commodity description in exemption notification, changing the scope of an exemption effective from January. Amendment to the customs exemption notification substitutes the entry at serial number 5 in the TABLE with 'Gums, Benjamin and Damar, other than lac,' made under powers of the Customs Act and declared effective from the first day of January, 2007.
