This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to M/s Sunshine Overseas and others, as detailed in a notice dated March 31, 2005, by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This action is pursuant to the powers granted under sections 4 and 5 of the Customs Act, 1962.
