of <h1>Customs Notification Amends Entry for Gujarat and Kachchh District, Effective August 15, 2006, Under Customs Act 1962.</h1> Notification No. 87/2006-Customs (N.T.) issued on August 11, 2006, amends Notification No. 15/2002-Customs (N.T.) dated March 7, 2002, under the powers of the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment revises entries in the notification's table, specifically for Serial Numbers 14 and 15. Serial Number 14 now includes the entire State of Gujarat, excluding Kachchh district, and the Union territories of Dadra and Nagar Haveli, and Daman and Diu. Serial Number 15 now covers the whole Kachchh district in Gujarat, including Kandla Port and Airport, Gujarat Adani Port Limited, Mundra, and Kandla Special Economic Zone. The changes take effect on August 15, 2006.
