of <h1>Commissioner of Customs (Import) Nhava Sheva Appointed to Adjudicate Mumbai Air Cargo Case Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Nhava Sheva to serve as the Commissioner of Customs (Import) for Air Cargo in Mumbai. This appointment is for the adjudication of a specific show cause notice concerning M/s Microtrack Business Systems Pvt Ltd and others. The notice, issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit, is dated June 28, 2005. This change is enacted under the powers granted by the Customs Act, 1962, as specified in Notification No. 54/2006 (N.T.) dated May 26, 2006.
