Changes include updates to entries for Kakinada and Vishakapatnam, specifying these activities. Kozhikode's entry is revised, and item (5) is omitted. A new entry for Minicoy Islands, Lakshadweep, is added, allowing unloading and loading of goods. Mumbai Port is included for similar activities. Chennai Sea Port's entry is updated. New entries for Kolkata and Haldia Ports in West Bengal are also incorporated, permitting unloading and loading of goods. These amendments are issued under the Customs Act, 1962.
