This appointment is for the adjudication of matters related to a show cause notice issued on March 31, 2005, by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. The notice is directed at M/s Vikas Industries and other associated parties. This decision is made under the authority granted by section 4(1) of the Customs Act, 1962.
