of <h1>Customs Commissioner Appointed for Adjudication of Girnar Impex Show Cause Notice under Section 4(1) of Customs Act 1962</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs from the Custom House in Amritsar as the Commissioner of Customs (ICD) at Tughlakabad, New Delhi. This appointment is for the adjudication of a specific show cause notice related to M/s Girnar Impex Limited and others. The notice was issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Ludhiana Regional Unit, on February 28, 2005. This action is taken under the authority of section 4(1) of the Customs Act, 1962, as per Notification No. 32/2006-Customs (N.T.) dated March 27, 2006.
