This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice issued to M/s Intrade Impex Pvt Ltd and others. The notice, dated February 28, 2005, was issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. This action is under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962.
