of <h1>Additional Customs Commissioner Appointed for Adjudication of Show Cause Notice Issued Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Additional Commissioner of Customs at Indira Gandhi International Airport, New Delhi, to serve as the Additional Commissioner of Customs at the Container Freight Station in Patparganj. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to a show cause notice issued to a company and others in New Delhi. The notice was originally issued by the Deputy Director of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence in August 2004. This appointment is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962.
