<h1>Correction Issued for Ministry of Finance Notification 99/2005-CUSTOMS (N.T.), Updating Language on Key Clauses</h1> A corrigendum has been issued for the Government of India's Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) notification No. 99/2005-CUSTOMS (N.T.), originally dated November 7, 2005. Published in the Gazette of India, this correction pertains to the English version of the document. Specifically, on page 2, line 14, the phrase 'Form A;' will now include 'shall be substituted;' and on line 26, after 'such change;', 'shall be substituted' is added. This amendment is recorded under file number 512/9/2004-Cus VI.
