of <h1>Customs Notification Amended: Vadinar Port Now Allows Unloading and Loading of All Goods Under Section 7 of Customs Act.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended Notification No. 62/94-CUSTOMS, dated November 21, 1994. The amendment pertains to the table in the notification, specifically serial number 5 related to Gujarat. For Vadinar, the entry in column 4 is now updated to 'Unloading of imported goods and loading of export goods or any class of such goods.' This change is enacted under the authority of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment is part of Notification No. 93/2005-Customs (N.T.) issued on October 10, 2005.
