of <h1>Customs Notification Amended: Nagpur Now Permitted for Unloading and Loading of Imported and Exported Goods Under Section 7.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended Notification No. 61/94-Customs (N.T.), dated 21st November 1994, under the powers of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment pertains to serial No. 11 in the notification's table, specifically concerning Nagpur. The revised entry now allows for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods or any class of such goods at Nagpur. This change is formalized under Notification No. 92/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated 10th October 2005.
