This appointment extends the commissioner's authority to include roles at Jawahar Custom House, Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra, and Custom Houses at the Kolkata Airport and Port. The notice, issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, pertains to customs matters and is dated 12th May 2005.
