of <h1>Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore, appointed to adjudicate cases involving M/s ITI Ltd under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs, Bangalore, as the Commissioner of Customs for both the Sea Port Import at Custom House, Chennai, and the Air Cargo Complex at Meenambakkam, Chennai. This appointment is for adjudicating matters related to specific show cause notices issued to M/s ITI Ltd and others. These notices, issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Bangalore Zonal Unit, pertain to cases filed on February 21, 2005. This decision is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, as per Notification No. 61/2005-Customs (N.T.) dated July 20, 2005.
