of <h1>Commissioner of Customs (Import) Nhava Sheva appointed to adjudicate Frost International case under Customs Act, 1962, Section 4.</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Nhava Sheva to serve as the Commissioner of Customs (Port-Import) in Kolkata. This appointment is for the adjudication of matters related to a Show Cause Notice issued to M/s Frost International Ltd and others. The notice, dated March 3, 2005, was issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit. This action is pursuant to the powers granted under section 4 of the Customs Act, 1962.
