of <h1>Customs Notification 54/2005 Updates Names and References for Exporters and Industries as per Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 54/2005-Customs (N.T.), dated 14th July 2005, amends previous customs notifications issued in 2004. The amendments include changes to the names and references in the notifications. Specifically, 'M/s Gaitri Exports' is updated to 'M/s Gaitri Exports and others,' 'DRI F.No. 50C/11/2003-CI' is corrected to 'DRI F.No. 50C/11/2003,' 'M/s Bonita Industries' is changed to 'M/s Bonita Industries and others,' and 'M/s Chhabra Industries' is updated to 'M/s Chhabra Industries and others.' These changes were made under the powers conferred by the Customs Act, 1962.
