of <h1>Customs Notification Update: Ravatha Road, Kota, Designated for Import Unloading and Export Loading under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> Notification No. 43/2005-NT-Customs, dated June 6, 2005, amends Notification No. 12/97-CUSTOMS (N.T.) from April 2, 1997, under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962. The amendment, issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs, adds a new entry to the existing notification for the State of Rajasthan. Specifically, it designates Ravatha Road, Kota, as a location for the unloading of imported goods and the loading of export goods. This change is documented under F.NO.434/18/2003-CUS.IV and is published by the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue.
