of <h1>Muldwarka Port Notification Amended for Unloading and Loading Specific Goods Effective April 20, 2005, per Notification No. 62/94-Customs</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended a previous notification regarding Muldwarka Port in Gujarat. Effective from April 20, 2005, the port is designated for the unloading of imported coal, petroleum coke, furnace oil, and gypsum, as well as the loading of clinker and cement for export. This amendment modifies the earlier notification No. 62/94-Customs (N.T.) issued on November 21, 1994, and follows the last amendment made on March 11, 2005. The notification is signed by the Under Secretary to the Government of India.
