of <h1>Customs Act Update: New Entry for Bangladesh Route in Notification No. 31/2005-Customs (N.T.)</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has amended Notification No. 63/94-CUSTOMS(N.T.), dated November 21, 1994, under the Customs Act, 1962. This amendment, effective April 8, 2005, adds a new entry to the table concerning Bangladesh. Specifically, it includes the 'Balat Shillong-Balat-Dangar-Lalpani Public Works Department road up to Dalura in Bangladesh' as item number 52A. This change is documented under Notification No. 31/2005-Customs (N.T.) and follows the last amendment made by Notification No. 25/2005-Cus (N.T.) on March 30, 2005.
