of <h1>Central Government rescinds three excise notifications for public interest under Section 5A of Central Excise Act.</h1> Notification No. 11/2005-CE, dated March 1, 2005, issued by the Central Government under section 5A of the Central Excise Act, 1944, rescinds three previous notifications: No. 9/2003-CE, No. 11/2003-CE, and No. 42/2003-CE. These notifications, initially published in the Gazette of India, are rescinded in the public interest. The effective dates for the rescission are April 1, 2005, for Notification No. 9/2003-CE, and March 1, 2005, for Notifications No. 11/2003-CE and No. 42/2003-CE.
