of <h1>Government Extends Import Exemptions for ATVP and IGMDP Programs, Amends Notification No. 105/2005-Customs</h1> The Central Government has extended the exemption for imports under the Accelerated Technology Vehicle Program (ATVP) and the Integrated Guided Missile Development Program (IGMDP) as per Notification No. 105/2005-Customs dated December 28, 2005. Amendments to the original notification No. 39/96-Customs, dated July 23, 1996, include changing the expiration date for exemptions listed under serial numbers 13 and 14. The new expiration dates are January 1, 2011, and January 1, 2008, respectively. This decision is made under the authority of the Customs Act, 1962, in the public interest.
