Changes to the table include the exclusion of crude palm oil from certain goods, the addition of acid grade fluorspar and liquefied natural gas (LNG) for specific projects, and modifications to tariff entries. An exemption condition for LNG facilities related to a power project is introduced, requiring certification by a government officer. The amendments take effect on October 1, 2005.
