of <h1>Mumbai Commissioner Appointed as Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI Show Cause Notice per Customs Act 1962, Notification 15/2002.</h1> The Central Board of Excise & Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Imports) at New Custom House, Ballard Estate, Mumbai, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for adjudicating a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Mumbai Zonal Unit. This assignment is in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002 - Customs (N.T.) and relevant sections of the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of this order have been distributed to relevant customs and excise officials and departments.
