of <h1>Commissioner of Customs at ICD Tughlakabad Named Common Adjudicating Authority for DRI's Show Cause Notice</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs at ICD Tughlakabad, New Delhi as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, related to M/s. Krishna International and others, was initially issued by the Additional Director General of the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. The appointment is made under Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) and is intended for the purpose of adjudication under the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of the order have been distributed to relevant customs and revenue authorities.
