of <h1>Commissioner of Customs at Nhava Sheva Appointed as Adjudicating Authority for 2012 Show Cause Notice under Customs Act</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs, under the Ministry of Finance, has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Import) at Nhava Sheva, Maharashtra, as the Common Adjudicating Authority for a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence. This notice, dated June 11, 2012, involves M/s H.Q. Lamps Manufacturing Co. and others. The adjudication is assigned in accordance with Notification No. 15/2002-Customs(NT) and pertains to the Customs Act, 1962. Copies of the order have been distributed to relevant customs and revenue intelligence officials across various locations.
