of <h1>India Updates Tariff Values for Various Oils and Brass Scrap; Gold, Silver, Poppy Seeds Unchanged Under Customs Act 1962.</h1> The Government of India, through the Central Board of Excise and Customs, has amended Notification No. 36/2001-Customs (N.T.) to update tariff values for certain goods. The revised tariff values for crude palm oil, RBD palm oil, other palm oil, crude palmolein, RBD palmolein, other palmolein, crude soybean oil, and brass scrap are specified in the updated tables. The tariff values for poppy seeds, gold, and silver remain unchanged. This amendment is enacted under the powers conferred by the Customs Act, 1962, and is published in the Gazette of India.
