<h1>Customs Notification Amended: Dabhol Port, Maharashtra, Now Permitted for Specific Unloading and Export Activities Under Customs Act, 1962.</h1> The notification amends the previous Notification No. 62/1994-Customs (N.T.) regarding customs ports for specified purposes. The amendment pertains to Dabhol Port in Maharashtra, allowing for the unloading of machinery and equipment for the Ratnagiri Gas and Power Private Limited Power Project, unloading of fuel, and loading of imported machinery for export. It also permits unloading and export activities related to cargo ships and similar vessels by a specified shipyard company. This amendment is issued by the Central Board of Excise and Customs under the Customs Act, 1962.
