of <h1>Commissioner of Customs Appointed for Multiple Locations to Adjudicate Unicorn Industries Case Under Customs Act, 1962</h1> The Central Board of Excise and Customs has appointed the Commissioner of Customs (Export), Air Cargo, New Delhi, to also serve as the Commissioner of Customs at Kandla, Air Cargo Chennai, Sea Port Chennai, and Import and General New Delhi. This appointment is for adjudicating a case involving M/s. Unicorn Industries and others, as per a Show Cause Notice issued by the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence, Delhi Zonal Unit. This notification supersedes an earlier one from April 20, 2004, under the Customs Act, 1962, while maintaining actions taken prior to this change.
